Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idahos premier retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing. We are currently seeking someone to join our team as a **Painter**.

As a **Painter**, you will enrich lives each day by ensuring that all homes and community common areas, are in good condition and maintained following Touchmark standards. You will work with a team of skilled personnel and assist in the upkeep of buildings on our large campus.

**Wage between $25-$28 per hour.**

**Position Requirements**

* 3 years painting experience preferred

* Knowledge of wall preparation, painting practices, remove pictures/fixtures, repairing/fill holes, and painting surfaces with brush, spray gun or paint roller

* Be able to read, write and speak English

* Willing to earn CPR/First Aid certification

* Work in a drug free community

* Be able to complete and follow Touchmark Vehicle Safety program

* Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, moving equipment and furniture, and able to lift up to 75 pounds

* Perform painting assignments in a professional and timely manner

* Be knowledgeable about and promote environmental safety for yourself and others

* Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
